The Mission of the Peninsula SPCA is to advocate and provide for the humane
care and welfare of animals. We are committed to finding a good home for
every adoptable pet on the Virginia Peninsula.
Our SPCA will be the Peninsula's leading animal care organization. Citizens
will have confidence in our operations, hope for the animals in our care,
and will be inspired to provide the best care for their own pets. The
SPCA will be:

high-quality companion animals
* Recognized by our municipal partners as the most reliable and effective
organization for animal care and sheltering
* The region's authority on education for individuals and organizations
seeking assistance with animal-related issues
* Diligent advocates for our Animal Bill of Rights.
* Transformed by inspiring and empowering our employees to realize this
vision.
